Best Italian Meatballs:

Makes Apx 25-30 Meatballs
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cook time: 30 minutes
Total time: 1-hour apx
Preheat oven to 375

•18 oz		Ground Beef
•18oz		Italian Sausage
•2/3  C     	Italian Bread Crumbs      
•1		Egg
•½		Onion, any color.
•3 Tbs.		R&R Mirepoix Powder
•1/3  C		Parmesan 
•¼ C		Fresh Minced Parsley
•1 Tbs.		R&R Italian Seasoning
•½ C		Half and Half or Milk
•½ Tbs+	        Kosher salt (Rounded) 
•½ tsp 		Fresh Cracked Black 
1. Mix the first 5 ingredients
and mix well by hand.
2. Add remaining ingredients
and mix well by hand.
1. Line a baking sheet with foil
and spray with cooking spray.
2. Roll mixture into golf ball-
sized meatballs and place
evenly spaced on tray. Batch
should make around 25 meatballs.
3. Bake at 375 for 25-30
minutes or until internal
temperature is 165 degrees.
4. Add to pasta, sauce, or
enjoy all by themselves!
