Corn Soufflé

Method
8 oz      Jiffy Muffin Mix
          (1 box)

1 C       Sour Cream

2          Eggs 

1/2 C      Butter (melted)

2-3 Tbs    Sugar

1 Can      Corn (Cream Style)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients together except
for the butter. Melt butter in a pan
and pour into a baking/casserole dish.
Use a dish that is smaller and taller
on the sides.
Pour the ingredient mixture into the
pool of butter and bake for 45-50 Min.
We usually scale this recipe up by
4x for a thanksgiving size portion.
