Pumpkin Rolls

 | Roll:1 C White Sugar
3/4 C Flour
3 Eggs
2/3 C Pumpkin purée
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Rae and Ryan’s Pumpkin
Spice
1/2C Chopped walnuts
Filling:
8oz Cream cheese
1/2 tsp Rae and Ryan’s Pumpkin
Spice
1 C Powdered Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Butter
| Mix all ingredients (except nuts) together and spread onto a parchment lined 12×18 baking sheet.Sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Turn out cooked cake onto a tea towel dusted with powdered sugar. Remove parchment paper and roll cake in towel. Let cool completely. Meanwhile, mix the filling. Unroll cooled cake, spread filling evenly over cake. Re-roll, dust with more powdered sugar, slice and serve. How to execute the roll: |
Add ingredients to mixing bowl | Pour on baking sheet and add nuts | Place baked roll on towel with sugar and saran wrap | Unroll once cool and add icing | Slice and enjoy! |
