REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY


Due to the nature of our product we are only able to offer refunds for unused product that is still sealed and fully intact in the condition it was shipped out. We will refund the price of the product less shipping and provide an RMA prepaid shipping label to return the product via USPS.
Products will be eligible for return for 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. After 14 days have transpired the product and initial sale will be considered final and ineligible for a refund return.
Any unopened products past the 14-day mark and all opened products are eligible for an exchange for a different product of equal size and price. We cannot profitably run a solvent business if we cater to people changing their mind or experiencing “Buyer’s Remorse”, however if you sincerely did not like our product we would be happy to exchange it for a comparable product of your choosing. All we require is that you return the unused portion of the product along with a detailed explanation of why you are returning the item. We will provide an RMA prepaid shipping label for return shipping of the item via USPS.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange eligibility after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit or debit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If your return is deemed eligible for exchange only you will be issued a store credit to use towards your next purchase.
Any items won or received for free through promotions, raffles or contests are exempt from the refund and exchange policy and considered final. Any items purchased using a percentage discount coupon are subject to the standard rules of refunds and exchanges. A refund or store credit towards exchange will be issued based on the adjusted purchase price at the time of sale. Items purchased at a discount will not be refunded or exchanged at full market value.
