Snickerdoodles:

Recipe
Method
1/2 C   Butter(softened)

1 C     White Sugar

2/3 C   Brown Sugar(lightly packed)

2       Eggs

2 tsp   Vanilla

3 C     Flour

1 tsp   Salt

1.5 Tbs Pumpkin Spice

1 tsp   Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar

         Rolling Mixture:

1/2 C   White Sugar

1 Tbs Pumpkin Spice
In a medium bowl mix flour, salt, baking
soda, cream of tartar and spices.
Set aside.
In a separate bowl cream together sugars and butter.
Add eggs one at a time until incorporated.
Add vanilla and then slowly add dry
ingredients until soft dough forms.
Roll teaspoon sized balls of dough and
then toss in rolling mixture. Place on a
parchment lined cookie sheet 2 inches apart.
With your Palm slightly flatten each ball.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
Cookies will be slightly brown around the edges.
Cool and enjoy!
